What is Golfitlife?

Looking for more fun and success on the golf course?

 

Spending time on the range or with a pro can help but your underlying flexibility and fitness is key to greater success. If it were as easy as running on the treadmill and lifting weights then everyone at the gym would be a par golfer, but tuning and training your body for optimal performance takes the skills of a professional because the exercises that work for one person may not be the right ones for you.

Playing golf competitively since I was 8, becoming Athlete of the Decade in college, having a Bachelors in Kinesiology and being TPI Certified Personal Trainer, I have the tournament-tested focus, the training and the passion to guide you to the next level of golfing success. If you love to have fun but also like to be the best you can be then I can’t wait to show you how a precision personal fitness program can take all of your athletic pursuits to the next level!

Before I started training with Madi, I was noticing lower back pain likely due to my scoliosis. Madi has helped me immensely by guiding me through workouts that both strengthen my core and improve overall mobility. She truly cares about her client's goals and physical challenges. She is very attentive to micro adjustments that can be made to move more effectively. Her workouts are dynamic and target the entire body. It is wonderful to feel stronger and to have eliminated my back pain as a result.

Hi I'm Madi!

My passions are golfing, exercise, and all things outdoors with my dog Fletcher. I attended college in Northern Idaho and received my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. Using my college degree, I wanted to combine my love for fitness and golf. I discovered the Titleist Performance Institute and got certified! Im now doing what I love in beautiful Coeur d'Alene Idaho.

The golfer workout

A one month program tailored to golfers looking for somewhere to start in the gym.

Golfitlife is a systematic training regimen made specifically for you. I use TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) to assess your body's golf fitness handicap and creates a program to help improve your limitations in the golf swing.

​

You can select a fitness program scheduled twice a week or once a week. In addition, I also offer predesigned golf fitness programs for all skill levels in the gym.

​

Golfitlife is made for golfers who desire to improve their game, physique and lifestyle. I put an emphasis on your ability to achieve your goals both on and off the course by developing your strength, balance, flexibility, core stability, mobility, and power.

Golfitlife & TPI

TPI’s mission is to educate golfers and industry professionals on the Body-Swing Connection™ through its one of a kind ‘TPI Certified’ educational program. This program was developed by founders Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips along with a 52 member advisory staff of industry leading experts.

 

TPI does not believe in one way to swing a club, rather an infinite number of swing styles. But they do believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do.

What if I don't have access to gym equipment?

You don't need to have a ton of equipment, These workouts are made to work arto your body and what you have access to!

Do I need to workout in a gym?

No, you don't need to but you defiantly can! Use the Fairway package so there is no zoom or face time involved.

What if our time zones are different?

If they are different I recommend  the fairway package because then I can send you the workouts for the week and you can do them on your own time.

How do we do the TPI screen?

For the initial screen we will set up a FaceTime or Skype or zoom to chat over the phone. if you choose a personalized workout this is 

mandatory so I can make it yours!

How many days a week is best for me?

Choosing your days will be up to you, if you want to see quick progress choose the most days! if you're just starting out and want to take it easy then go for 1 day a week.

How do I know this is the right program for me?

If you play golf and want to continue golf with no pain, fatigue and playing the best as you can for as long as possible, this is the right program for you.
